Obama praises LeBron following fourth NBA title

Former US President Barack Obama led the tributes in order to LeBron James a day after he or she claimed his fourth NBA name.

The 16-time All-Star became the first NBA player of all time to claim the Finals MVP accolade with three different franchises on Sunday, after the Lakers conquered the Miami Heat 4-2 within the best-of-seven series.

Adam had previously won two NBA titles with Miami Heat and another with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

“Proud of my friend @KingJames designed for his fourth title, fourth Titles MVP, and for not only living to the hype after seventeen seasons, yet surpassing it as an extraordinary innovator both on the court and in the general public arena fighting for education, interpersonal justice, and our democracy, inch Obama wrote on Twitter upon Monday.

The NBA completed the season in unprecedented fashion right after COVID-19 forced it to stop totally in March, with competitors residing inside a quarantined “bubble” at Walt Disney World in Orlando, California as part of the league’s restart plans.

James had called the bubble environment and isolation the biggest problem of his career, but the La lakers star still managed to add a lot more accolades to his illustrious checklist.

The 35-year-old is one of the league’s prominent voices suggesting for racial justice and in recommending US citizens to vote in the forthcoming presidential election next month.
