1 . Use a vegetable peeler or paring knife to remove the zest off the orange. Fruit juice the orange. Place the zest plus juice in a 3-quart saucepan. Include the cider and all the remaining elements except the vinegar. Bring to the boil and let simmer designed for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

2 . Mix in the vinegar. Steep for a minimum of 4 hours.

¼ glass cider syrup (directions below)

2 tablespoons lemon juice

4 dashes Angostura bitters

two thin slices apple

2 cinnamon stays
