The UK “will work together with global partners” to impose sanctions upon those considered responsible for poisoning the critic of Vladimir Putin along with novichok, the foreign secretary reports.
In a statement, Dominic Raab said there was “undeniable evidence” that Alexei Navalny was diseased by the military nerve agent, that was developed by Russia.
